This is from a recent painting class. Actual size is 36x24. The goal was to create an impressionist style painting. I decided to choose a picture which had the basic elements of what the Impressionists were doing at that time, as well as personal meaning. I used a photo taken from a trip to Hawaii a few years ago, changing from swimsuit only to one with a cover up.

It was a great learning experience.
